2021-New Year-New Resolutions-New Me

Hi guys, this is the last day of 2020. 2020 has been a year hasn’t it. 2021 is not necessarily going to be off to a great start as I’m going back to online school due to the fact of rising COVID cases where I live. 2020 has changed me a lot. Before covid, I always took it for granted that I could go to the bookshop. That the news wouldn’t always be filled with how many people died. That I could see my cousins. It’s opened my eyes to what the world could be. The world I never wanted to know. The world where people who had so many years left to live, died because of this world. It’s not fair on them and it’s not fair on their families. It’s not fair on anyone.

My new years resolutions:

  1. Get better at Spanish.
  2. Try new hairstyles. (This one is a bit weird but I really want to try new hairstyles. I stick to hair down, hair in a plait or hair in a ponytail.)
  3. Try and put 2020 behind me and focus on 2021.

So what we all need to remember is 2021 is not about forgetting 2020. It’s not about forgetting all the people that died of Covid or all the people who lost their jobs because of it or any one who was affected by it. However it is about trying to make up for what was lost in 2020. 2020 will be a year we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Happy new year

361 more days to go…

Hi guys, I hope you had a great Christmas! I did even though I would have loved to see people but hopefully next year. Next year we’re going to have a huge Christmas to make up for seeing no one this year. I’m really grateful for all my presents and I love every single one of them. So far I’ve spent this morning going on a run in some of my new gym wear as gyms aren’t open at the moment, reading one of my new Christmas books and pampering myself with some of my new Christmas pampering stuff. However one thing does make me really sad, there are 361 days till next Christmas. So I just wanted to wish you all happy Christmas and happy new year. I’ve already made my New Years resolutions which I will share with you soon.

Over and out,

Gift ideas for your brother

Hi , and welcome back to Ordinary Fab Girl 🤍. Today I’ll give you some gift ideas for your younger brother. First thing for lots of you this Christmas will be different from usual. Where I live we’re not allowed to see anyone indoors or outdoors. The only thing you can do is go on a 1 on 1 walk keeping social distance. All non essential shops are closed as well as cafes etc. So yeah this Christmas is definitely going to be different. I’ll admit it I cried when boris announced it. I was so upset after we had been promised 5 days of bubbling. Normally when Covids not around I like to see all my family at Christmas. But this year we can’t. Anyway enough of me rambling on. I’ll talk to you know about this blog. So I have a younger brother and he’s so difficult to get a present for. So I’ve been doing some research and I’ve come up with an ideas list.

  1. One of those hover footballs. My brother loves football and every time he gets home from it, he looks like he’s rolled around in a mud pit.

2. A nerf gun. Actually maybe not. My brothers violent enough already.

3. Lego. My brother doesn’t actually like Lego but it would annoy him if I got it for him so it would be worth it.

4. A PlayStation game maybe?

5. A circuit kit.

6. Art stuff.

7. One of those tops that says something like I’m not arguing I’m just explaining why I’m right or this is what an awesome person looks like.

Ok, that’s all for today. 2 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS!

Gift ideas for your best friend.

Hi guys,

Do you ever have the problem?

The problem when you have zero idea what to get people. So today I’m going to give you (yes you) ideas on what to get your best friend for Christmas. So your probably on a budget of about £10 and you need ideas on what to get your best friend.

  1. Jacqueline Wilson books. Great reads and make sure to check your local bookshop for them BEFORE buying online. This year especially the local business’s really need everyone’s support. Anywaaaay, back to Jacqueline Wilson books. For readers of 6-8 there is a section. Some of the main books in this section is sleepovers and Lizzie zip-mouth.Then there’s a section for about 8-12. Some of the main books in this section are: clean break; rent a bridesmaid;Tracy beaker series;the butterfly club; and cookie. Then finally there’s a section for 13+. Some of these are dustbin baby and girls in tears.
So any of these books would be a great buy for your best friend.
  2. A cute picture frame. I know RANDOM but I would actually love to receive one as you often want to frame a picture but you just don’t have a frame.🤯 Also you can get this from £10 and under.
  3. A t-shirt. You could get them one with something they like on it. For example if they like friends you could get them a t-shirt with the classic logo or a picture from a scene. You could also get one from a small business, don’t automatically gravitate towards H&M or New Look.
  4. A picture. I recently bought from Amazon a one direction poster and I think it was £9.99 . So that’s just about in budget and you could obviously get a cheaper one. I just think it’s such a personalised gift and it would be so nice for the person to receive. I love my poster and I’m sure your friend would to.
  5. Scrunchies. Scrunchies. Scrunchies. Scrunchies. Scrunchies. Are they not the best thing ever? They’re are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pretty and they’re are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many different designs. Just a multi-pack of them would be a great gift.

So guys this is the end of this blog. If you liked it, smash that like button and leave me a comment. Also if you haven’t already pleeeeeease subscribe as it would mean so much to me.

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah,
