Hi guys, today I’m going to be rating geek girl by Holly Smale. I’m going to be rating it using stars and it will be out of 5 so if I put 4 stars, it means 4 out of 5. Understand? Good.😁😁😁
Does it capture the reader the whole way through?
It can sometimes get a tiny bit boring but the majority of the time it’s really interesting.
2. Is the main character interesting?
My answer: *****
Definitely 5 stars, Harriet is a really interesting character because sometimes she can be a bit selfish and it often takes her a while to catch on to people’s feelings.
3. Is there sequels and if so are they good?
My answer: Yes, there are definitely sequels and I might even like them more than the first one.😮😮😮
The books about a girl called Harriet and she’s like really geeky and obsessed with books. Her best friend called Nat though is really stylish and wants to be a model and stuff. However a modelling agency spot Harriet (on the same day as Harriet was puked on and was hiding under a table) and really wanted her for their modelling agency. So she did it. But the point of the story is can she be transformed from geek to chic.
OVERALL RATING OF THE STORY:
Ok hoped you enjoyed this review. In no way to I mean to offend anyone in this blog, so please don’t take offence. It doesn’t matter if your geeky or your fashionable, all that matters is you love yourself for who you are.❤️❤️❤️

Hi guys, tell these to yourself every morning as if you tell yourself something enough, you will believe it. I thought I would do this as my first blog of 2021 as it’s a positive, super happy blog post.
1. You are strong like the ocean.
2. You are clever and wise like an owl.
3. You are brave like a lion.
Try and tell this to yourself every morning or night and you will start to believe it.
Hi guys, this is the last day of 2020. 2020 has been a year hasn’t it. 2021 is not necessarily going to be off to a great start as I’m going back to online school due to the fact of rising COVID cases where I live. 2020 has changed me a lot. Before covid, I always took it for granted that I could go to the bookshop. That the news wouldn’t always be filled with how many people died. That I could see my cousins. It’s opened my eyes to what the world could be. The world I never wanted to know. The world where people who had so many years left to live, died because of this world. It’s not fair on them and it’s not fair on their families. It’s not fair on anyone.
My new years resolutions:
Get better at Spanish.
Try new hairstyles. (This one is a bit weird but I really want to try new hairstyles. I stick to hair down, hair in a plait or hair in a ponytail.)
Try and put 2020 behind me and focus on 2021.
So what we all need to remember is 2021 is not about forgetting 2020. It’s not about forgetting all the people that died of Covid or all the people who lost their jobs because of it or any one who was affected by it. However it is about trying to make up for what was lost in 2020. 2020 will be a year we will remember for the rest of our lives.
Hi guys, I hope you had a great Christmas! I did even though I would have loved to see people but hopefully next year. Next year we’re going to have a huge Christmas to make up for seeing no one this year. I’m really grateful for all my presents and I love every single one of them. So far I’ve spent this morning going on a run in some of my new gym wear as gyms aren’t open at the moment, reading one of my new Christmas books and pampering myself with some of my new Christmas pampering stuff. However one thing does make me really sad, there are 361 days till next Christmas. So I just wanted to wish you all happy Christmas and happy new year. I’ve already made my New Years resolutions which I will share with you soon.
Hi , and welcome back to Ordinary Fab Girl 🤍. Today I’ll give you some gift ideas for your younger brother. First thing for lots of you this Christmas will be different from usual. Where I live we’re not allowed to see anyone indoors or outdoors. The only thing you can do is go on a 1 on 1 walk keeping social distance. All non essential shops are closed as well as cafes etc. So yeah this Christmas is definitely going to be different. I’ll admit it I cried when boris announced it. I was so upset after we had been promised 5 days of bubbling. Normally when Covids not around I like to see all my family at Christmas. But this year we can’t. Anyway enough of me rambling on. I’ll talk to you know about this blog. So I have a younger brother and he’s so difficult to get a present for. So I’ve been doing some research and I’ve come up with an ideas list.
One of those hover footballs. My brother loves football and every time he gets home from it, he looks like he’s rolled around in a mud pit.
2. A nerf gun. Actually maybe not. My brothers violent enough already.
3. Lego. My brother doesn’t actually like Lego but it would annoy him if I got it for him so it would be worth it.
4. A PlayStation game maybe?
5. A circuit kit.
6. Art stuff.
7. One of those tops that says something like I’m not arguing I’m just explaining why I’m right or this is what an awesome person looks like.
Welcome back to my blog. I’ve got a sad story. I’m isolating till Christmas Eve. Luckily it’s just me and not the rest of my household so I can get them to fetch stuff for me from the shops. Anyway I’m isolating as I went to netball on Monday and one of the girls there was tested positive for Covid 19. NOOOOOOOOOOOO! I wouldn’t mind much if it was during term time but it’s the holidays! Sad. Anyway enough about my sorry story , let’s get into this blog.
